Amateur radio operators help save lives

Real-time band conditions website

Bandconditions.com
Update Jan 22, 2017. The Bandconditions.com website is not available at the moment.
According to a temp webpage, DNS records are being changed right now. When the DNS propagation
is complete, the site should come back up. Suggest you check back later.

The purpose of this experimental website is to provide 24 x 7 x 365 actual (REALTIME) band condition information to CW QRPp, QRPe and CW/SSB contesters interested in increasing their scores.

It can also be of benefit to other radio amateurs to determine band conditions for nets, casual QSOs or just DXing in general.

This information is NOT based on any software predictions or any kind of satellite based readings. It is based on a new Ionospheric sounding method called “HF Ionospheric Interferometry” which operates very similarly to the PolSAR system used by NASA.

Learn how to use the website by clicking here.

Give it a try…enjoy.
